SHIPPING TIMES
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide direct customer service and shipping from our different warehouses using services like ePacket, USPS, FedEx, and DHL Express.
-Fashion and Fitness may take 10 to 15 days with regular shipping
-Leisure Sets may take 5 to 10 days with regular shipping
-Custom Tutus and costumes are shipped within 20 to 40 days, depending on materials and type of tutu, and we only ship with express shipping according to weight and value. This is automatically calculated at the checkout box and most of the time includes tariffs, which is not a garanteed due to legal changes in the USA Customs. See below.
Rush orders for custom tutus will require an additional payment of $45 per small tutu size. This can be requested via support@arabesquelife.com, and if possible, they will be confirmed and arranged.
Customs clearance delays do not qualify for any shipping or order refund as this is out of our shipping company's control but each country's discretion to do so.

We are proud to offer international shipping services with Epack, EMS, DHL and FEDEX; however, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.TARIFFS AND DUTIES
We are not responsible for any customs fees that some countries may have, please check your country codes for that information on international shipments. We ship from China, Pakistan, and USA warehouses with trusted partners like China Post, USPS, DHL, EMS and FEDEX. Most of our shipments already include Tariffs so please confirm before orderingBy purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.
