SHIPPING
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide direct customer service and shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket, USPS and DHL.
PLEASE keep in mind that this timing does not include the time to make each costume (Even costumes marked on stock must to be checked for availability first). Most dresses and tutus take up to 30 days to make.
We Ship Via 3 Ways: Regular international EMS/ or E- Pack (Same as Usps), expedited DHL or UPS Express)
Recital Catalogs items and small items will have optional shipping times: If shipped regular, it may take from 20 to 30 days time. This shipping method is automatically applied unless otherwise the customer has requested for express shipping!
Professional tutus catalogs will automatically include DHL Express shipping (3 to 6 days). They usually ship within 25 to 30 days plus 5 days shipping time and tracking via DHL.
Rush orders will require an additional payment of $45. They can be requested via arabesquelife@gmail.com and if possible they will be arranged and confirmed back. Rushed orders can be arranged in 10 days or earlier if materials and fabrics are available.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees that some countries may have, please check your country codes for that information (This usually happens when it arrives in certain countries, but we will be notified and notify our customers).
By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
