How to search for products or tutus?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. You can search by a ballet variation name, color, or famous used name. Examples of searches for snow partnering or snowflakes: Snow, white, glitter, cold, queen, princess, winter, Gray, silver etc…
Those names would give you many similar types of costumes. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. So try similar words at a time. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details. Then choose size or custom-made and write the notes at the checkout box.
How are shipping costs calculated? IMPORTANT!!
Shipping costs and handling fees (labor fees to process the order), are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight/volume plus the handling fee (Varies). Different shipping companies have different rates, so for large orders, we recommend emailing us first for shipping costs, it will depend on the time that you will need it. All of the shipping and handling fees are shown on the checkout page after you enter your address, including taxes (IF your state requires them). Remember to check if your country requires a duty fee once it arrives in your country.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING COST: If you entered a large number of items and the shipping costs are too low, you may have chosen regular shipping, not DHL express (highly recommended for large boxes) by air. Please email us before placing a large order, you will receive delivery options for prices and discounts on large orders, so contact us first and let us help you:)
Most ballet and dance schools may be able to separate orders with regular shipping and some more urgent orders with DHL express shipping, that way this can also save some money overall, depending on performance dates and how long of wait the school can afford.
